Sometimes its good to remind yourself of your goals. Maybe sit down and write out a list of reasons for why you want to lose weight? Find some good music to listen to while working out, that always helps me as well. Remember you don’t just have to workout to lose weight, diet is a HUUUUGE overlooked part of it. Weight loss truly starts in the kitchen.
